1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
· The item must be returned within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.
· The item must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition as you received it.
· The item must be in its original packaging.
· You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Approved Refund Reasons
Refunds are processed for the following reasons:
· Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your product due to a mail or courier error, please contact us. For higher-value items, we may require proof that you have filed a missing item report with the relevant shipping service.
· Product Not as Described: Refund requests on this basis are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require our approval.
3. Return & Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team using the information at the end of this policy.
1. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions for sending the item back to us.
2. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.
3. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the inspection results.
4. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within three (3) working days.
5. Refunds are processed exclusively through the Original Method of Payment. The credit will then appear in your account within a standard number of business days, dependent on your card issuer or payment processor’s policies.
4. Shipping Costs & Deductions
· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
· If a refund is issued, any incurred return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.
